Unreal tournament is one of those games we just can't help but return to.
After learning that the UT99 community was still alive, and that the community
had released the game, as well as UT2004 free of charge, we decided to try and
get back into the saddle ourselves. We plan to release a buch of stuff. new
levels, updates to the old ones. And fixed versions of both Bounce and Rise Of
Evil optimized for the new community release!
Bounce Update!
As part of a Bounce update, we decided to overhaul the pickups of course, the
broken meshmaker meshes replaced with proper ones made in Blender:
Furthermore, we made it so every weapon has the ability to knock you back,
improving the minigun and pulsegun in BOUNCE as well as greatly improving compatibility with weapon mods! The final version of bounce, along with two new maps will be released once we fix the HUD in online play!
Rise of Evil, full release!
With the help of Aspide, a coder from the UT99 and OldUnreal communities, we're releasing a final version of Rise of Evil, complete with many fixes, allowing the weapons and NPCs to function properly online. Adding complete bot support, new enemy types, and much more!
New features include:
-Lore notes/translator events have been added to the map.
-Deaths by zombies can now spawn a unique infected enemy.
-New items to find.
-Many new easter eggs and hidden details.
-A score/Ranking endscreen.
